Line Rise Nielsen has more than 10 years of experience from various public institutions as City of Copenhagen, Copenhagen House of Foods and Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark.
Since 2014 she has been an independent consultant in her company FoodCause. In 2017 she was one of 3 co-founders of CPH Food Space – a cooperative for food start-ups and entrepreneurs. In January 2020 she founded Changing Food with a focus to create an organisation to assist professional kitchens to be drivers for a sustainable food system.
Line has a background in political science, and worked in the fields of policy making process, fundraising and strategic consulting concerning public government.
