Changing Food is an international lab for sustainable food systems investigating, testing and showcasing how to establish systemic change throughout a range of actors reaching from farm to kitchen to political level.

We provide counselling for both public and private actors and disseminate many years worth of knowledge on practical solutions and transitional methods to businesses, cities and countries ready to act towards a sustainable food system.

We work with sustainable conversion of professional kitchens and assist with counseling for strategies, mapping, public procurement and public sustainable meal solutions

The method is a wellproven way to convert professional kitchens to use more organic produce in order to achieve positive environmental effects at the same time ensuring a culinary boost of the public meals within the given economic boundaries

Changing Food participates in research and develompent projects such as Food shift 2030 and Cocoreado
